If
you are concerned about having crooked, spaced or crowded teeth, Dr. Kaufman is a very experienced dentist who will provide you with a one-on-one personal consultation to assess the best way to give you a beautiful smile. If you feel uncomfortable wearing metal braces Clear Aligners could be the answer. These are a practical, comfortable, removable and invisible orthodontic appliance, which can replace the metal brackets.
How does it Work?
During the treatment a series of invisible aligners will gently shift the teeth into their new desire position. Being invisible, you will feel confident speaking in professional and social gatherings. The trays are removable, so you can eat and keep your oral hygiene without the hassle of having to deal with food trapped around fixed braces. That also means that you don’t need to skip your favorite foods during the course of treatment.
The process starts with a Initial Consultation where Dr Kaufman will carefully assess if Clear Aligners are suitable for you. We work with Invisalign, SureSmile and Airnivol Clear Aligners’ treatment and offer alternatives if you need to consider other options. Dr Kaufman is very knowledgeable and approachable and will explain to you the advantages and limitations of each treatment, to ensure you are comfortable with any decision you may take.
Following the consultation with the help of an advanced 3D software we will scan your teeth and create a custom-designed program that will address your specific orthodontic needs. Dr Kaufman will provide you with a digital presentation of the outcome you can expect following the treatment.
Based on your choices, a set of aligners will be made for you to wear. You can remove them every time you eat, brush or floss your teeth.
Every two weeks a new aligner will be inserted to guide the teeth to their new position. Every four to six weeks, Dr Kaufman will monitor the progress of the treatment.
Clear Aligners are suitable to treat crowded or gapped teeth. Please don’t hesitate to contact the practice or book an appointment if you want to benefit from this novel treatment.
The alternative option for an Orthodontic Treatment is with the attachment of Braces.
